🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide direct oversight and leadership to field Construction Managers
• Conduct routine site visits and field audits for safety, quality, and productivity
• Review weekly production reports and look-ahead schedules
• Enforce standardized construction processes and installation best practices

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of construction experience
• 3+ years in commercial rooftop solar
• Experience managing Construction Managers or Superintendents
• OSHA 30 certification required

✨ Nice to Have

• Expertise in ballasted and attached racking systems
• Understanding of commercial electrical tie-ins and NEC solar requirements
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, metal)
