💼 About This Role

You'll support late-stage clinical and commercial drug product process development for a complex vaccine pipeline. Your work will directly impact process characterization, tech transfer, and commercial readiness. This role offers hands-on experience with one of the most complex drug products in development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support development and qualification of robust Drug Product processes.
• Execute bench- and pilot-scale studies for compounding, filtration, fill/finish, and hold times.
• Perform in-process testing and analysis of intermediates and finished product.
• Maintain accurate data entry in Benchling (ELN) per Good Documentation Practices.

📋 Requirements

• BS in Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or related field with 2+ years industry experience.
• Working knowledge of Drug Product unit operations (compounding, sterile filtration, aseptic fill).
• Experience supporting technology transfer, scale-up, or CDMO manufacturing.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis tools (e.g., JMP, Minitab).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in early- or late-stage clinical fill/finish under GMP.
• Experience with electronic lab notebook systems, preferably Benchling.
