Description

You will own multiple product areas critical to Klaviyo's enterprise initiatives—including unifying customer data, powering AI-driven automation, and expanding ecosystem integrations—while partnering closely with cross-functional teams. This role balances long-term platform strategy with near-term delivery to meet enterprise customer expectations without compromising scalability or reliability.

Requirements

• 12+ years of Product Management experience with enterprise SaaS products
• Proven success leading enterprise-grade or platform products (CRM, marketing automation, CDP, etc.)
• Direct experience supporting large enterprise customers (e.g., Fortune 1000)
• Strong understanding of enterprise purchasing drivers: trust, compliance, scalability, integrations
• Hands-on experience partnering with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success on enterprise deals

Responsibilities

• Set and evangelize a 2-3 year vision for Klaviyo’s Enterprise platform
• Translate company goals into clear OKRs and roadmaps for enterprise adoption and ARR growth
• Represent the voice of large, global customers in strategic product discussions
• Deliver capabilities that unify customer data across channels and enable real-time personalization
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Sales, CS, Security, and Legal to deliver cohesive enterprise experiences
