💼 About This Role

You'll provide 1:1 care to clients in their homes throughout Monroe County, PA. Your work will include administering medication, wound care, and treatments while ensuring patient safety. Enjoy flexible schedules and comprehensive support.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
• Perform assigned duties including medication admin, wound care, treatments
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to manager

📋 Requirements

• Current license as a Registered Nurse in PA
• Minimum one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
