Description

You will own the integration architecture and strategy, design scalable integrations between core platforms and third-party systems, and mentor engineers. This role focuses on API-led connectivity using iPaaS to deliver robust, secure, real-time, and batch integrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience as a technical lead for enterprise integrations using iPaaS (e.g., MuleSoft).
• Deep expertise in REST APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns (API-led connectivity, event-driven).
• Strong knowledge of security, compliance, and observability for integrations.
• Experience mentoring engineers and driving best practices in integration development.

Responsibilities

• Own integration architecture and strategy for assigned domains, defining API-led patterns and standards.
• Design and lead implementation of integrations between SaaS and on-prem applications (e.g., NetSuite, Workday, Salesforce).
• Define and enforce API governance, including design guidelines, versioning, and documentation.
• Provide technical leadership to integration engineers through solutioning, design reviews, and mentoring.
• Architect robust data integrations for real-time and batch workloads using APIs, messaging, and file-based exchanges.
