You'll provide clinical supervision and program management for the Specialty Mental Health program, ensuring quality care and contract deliverables. Your impact includes training staff and interns while carrying a small caseload of clients.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide weekly individual/group clinical supervision to staff.
• Monitor service delivery, quality of care, and contract deliverables.
• Perform chart reviews to ensure clinical documentation quality.
• Carry a small caseload and provide direct behavioral health services.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of clinical experience in a behavioral health setting.
• Valid California professional license (LCSW, LMFT, LPPC, or Licensed Psychologist).
• Completion of 15-hour Clinical Supervision Training.
• Knowledge of Medi-Cal/Medicare documentation and HIPAA standards.

✨ Nice to Have

• Clinical supervisory experience in behavioral health.
• Program management experience in behavioral health.
• Bilingual/bicultural in an Asian language.
