💼 About This Role

You'll join a cross-functional team building new user journeys and optimizing conversion rates for Lendable's US loans product. Your work will directly shape one of the fastest growing fintech products while leveraging modern React and NextJS to solve tough credit market challenges.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain user-facing features using React/NextJS
• Optimize conversion rates in existing funnels
• Refactor and improve codebase and tooling
• Collaborate with product and backend teams on API contracts

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in software engineering
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript and React.js
• Commercial experience with NextJS (latest versions)
• Understanding of automated testing strategies

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech or startup/scaleup environment
• Experience with financial systems
• Knowledge of monorepo tools like Turborepo
