You'll design and build CI/CD systems and internal platform capabilities for OpenAI's consumer device infrastructure. Your work will directly improve engineering velocity and developer productivity for teams shipping software on device and in the cloud.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and operate CI/CD systems and software delivery pipelines
• Lead architecture of internal platform capabilities for build, test, and deployment
• Improve developer productivity by shortening feedback loops
• Build self-serve paved-road workflows and automate manual effort

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• 5+ years building developer productivity or CI/CD systems
• Strong track record of building platform features that increased engineering velocity
• Experience with secure software delivery practices like secrets management

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Terraform, Buildkite, Bazel, Postgres, Cosmos DB, Kafka
• Familiarity with AI-native tooling for engineering workflows
