💼 About This Role

You'll shape and maintain our design language across web and mobile applications for one of the largest GameTech companies. You'll lead design projects, from ideation to high-fidelity prototyping, while contributing to our design system. This role offers a centralized team model with two-week sprints and support for Norman Nielsen certification.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Contribute to research and usability testing for user-oriented decisions.
• Produce conceptual designs and incorporate feedback from stakeholders.
• Build reusable design system components ensuring consistency and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers and product managers.

📋 Requirements

• At least 5 years experience designing Web and Mobile applications.
• Professional experience with Figma, Sketch, ProtoPie or similar tools.
• Technical experience with creation and maintenance of Design Systems.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects from concept to completion.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Sportsbook or Sportsbetting products.
• Basic knowledge of Usability and A/B Testing.
• Interest in transaction-intensive industries like Fin-Tech.
