You'll lead commercial growth for Zen Educate in secondary schools in the Nottingham region, driving revenue and building strategic school relationships. This role offers autonomy and impact at a fast-growing EdTech startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own commercial success for secondary schools in Nottingham
• Set targets, execute strategies, and build school relationships
• Collaborate on campaigns and provide line management to Account Managers
• Build senior strategic relationships with school leaders and trust CEOs

📋 Requirements

• Management experience of at least one year with direct line management of over two people
• Understanding of school pain points and passion for solving them
• Commercial or school leadership experience with demonstrated success
• History of rapid career growth and excitement for further growth
