You'll lead complex geothermal development projects from early-stage through contract execution at Brightcore Energy. Your core impact is driving clean energy initiatives by combining business development, technical engineering knowledge, and stakeholder management. You'll work cross-functionally to accelerate project timelines and eliminate scope gaps.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Originate new pipeline opportunities and manage geothermal project pipeline to meet revenue targets.
• Coordinate between internal and external teams to adhere to budgets, schedules, and performance standards.
• Lead project calls, update CRM databases, and prepare project materials like proposals and contracts.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to communicate project development processes and address concerns.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3-7 years experience in sales or project management.
• 3+ years experience in renewable energy, real estate development, or related fields.
• Proven delivery of 3+ complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• 2+ years managing client-facing projects with responsibility for schedules and milestones.
