💼 About This Role

You'll assemble complex electro-mechanical assemblies and test state-of-the-art CT scanning equipment in a hands-on factory role. You'll ensure build quality through QC checks and troubleshooting to meet factory specifications. This role offers the opportunity to work with advanced manufacturing technology in a collaborative team environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assemble electro-mechanical assemblies from work instructions and CAD drawings.
• Perform QC checks using factory checklists to validate build quality.
• Test and troubleshoot CT scanning equipment to meet specifications.
• Document part issues, reworks, and machine configurations for traceability.

📋 Requirements

• Proficient with hand and power tools including calipers and torque wrenches.
• Experience with Hipot and ground continuity testing.
• Ability to read mechanical part and assembly drawings.
• Can lift up to 60 lbs and follow safety protocols.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with vacuum lifters and gantry cranes.
• Proficient with digital volt meter.
• Comfortable using organizational software.
