🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a team of 2-3 sales executives
- Design and implement a consultative sales methodology for 30-60 day cycles
- Manage pipeline with CRM discipline and structured funnel management
- Validate the commercial model for the Medium Merchant segment
- Build relationships with senior executive decision-makers
📋 Requirements
- B2B consultative sales experience with mid-market and large accounts
- Proven track record building and developing sales teams
- Negotiation skills with senior executives and complex sales processes
- CRM and funnel management proficiency with analytical orientation

- Knowledge of fintech, payments, TELCO, or banking
- Experience in startup or pilot-stage commercial teams
