You'll lead and build a dedicated field sales team for high-value merchants in Chile, designing a consultative sales methodology from scratch. 🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop a team of 2-3 sales executives
  • Design and implement a consultative sales methodology for 30-60 day cycles
  • Manage pipeline with CRM discipline and structured funnel management
  • Validate the commercial model for the Medium Merchant segment
  • Build relationships with senior executive decision-makers

📋 Requirements

  • B2B consultative sales experience with mid-market and large accounts
  • Proven track record building and developing sales teams
  • Negotiation skills with senior executives and complex sales processes
  • CRM and funnel management proficiency with analytical orientation

  • Knowledge of fintech, payments, TELCO, or banking
  • Experience in startup or pilot-stage commercial teams
