This role offers strategic influence across global sites and cutting-edge AI/ML integration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive Lean/Six Sigma initiatives and process mapping.
• Develop global KPIs, dashboards, and SOPs/EOPs/MOPs.
• Oversee budgeting, vendor relations, and risk/compliance.
• Lead cross-functional teams and report on OEE metrics.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• 8-15+ years in critical facilities with 5+ in leadership.
• Six Sigma Black Belt or PE license preferred.
• DCIM/CMMS tools and MEP systems expertise.
