💼 About This Role

You'll design and build scalable network connectivity products for Scaleway's cloud infrastructure. You'll work on critical services like InterLink and Site-to-Site VPN in a collaborative, remote-friendly team of 7 engineers. This role offers the chance to tackle complex networking challenges in a sovereign cloud environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain backend services for network connectivity products
• Design and implement gRPC APIs in Rust for cloud networking services
• Debug complex networking or distributed systems issues
• Investigate and resolve customer-related technical incidents

📋 Requirements

• Strong experience with Rust development
• Experience designing or developing gRPC APIs
• Solid knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP, IP, UDP, BGP)
• Experience working with PostgreSQL or relational databases

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with VPN technologies such as IPSec
• Experience with networking tools or stacks such as FRR or GoBGP
• Experience building or contributing to network infrastructure products
