You'll own the tenant experience across a portfolio of mid-term rental apartments, ensuring smooth stays and protecting apartment condition. By resolving issues quickly, you'll maintain high satisfaction and reliable operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as main tenant point of contact from move-in to move-out.
• Resolve tenant requests efficiently and prioritize satisfaction issues.
• Coordinate check-in, check-out, keys, Wi-Fi, maintenance, and repairs.
• Perform regular on-site apartment visits and identify issues early.

📋 Requirements

• Excellent communication in both English and German.
• Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving motivation.
• First experience in customer support, hospitality, or operations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
