Description

You will own the execution and visibility of regulatory activities across products and manufacturing sites, enabling engineers to focus on technical decisions while reducing risk to product launches and manufacturing continuity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field or equivalent experience
• 5-8+ years of progressive experience in regulatory operations, compliance execution, or technical program management
• Experience coordinating work across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and external partners
• Experience working with certification bodies or test laboratories in an operational capacity is strongly preferred
• Proficiency with tracking, documentation, and reporting tools

Responsibilities

• Own planning, coordination and execution of regulatory activities (certifications, approvals, field inspection workflows)
• Develop and manage regulatory schedules, milestones and deliverables across multiple concurrent initiatives
• Serve as primary intake and coordination point for engineering and manufacturing changes requiring regulatory review
• Coordinate regulatory impact assessments with engineers and track outcomes, conditions and required actions
• Track regulatory risks, conditions, deviations, renewals and commitments; escalate execution or schedule risks to leadership
