💼 About This Role

You'll lead embedded finance distribution strategy at a high-growth fintech backed by Walmart, driving partner-driven product growth across large workforce and HR tech ecosystems. You'll own the success of key partnerships and bring product-forward thinking to commercial discussions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive success of embedded finance partnerships
• Acquire net new partnerships through product-forward GTM motions
• Be accountable for large partnership commitments across product
• Bring all of OnePay to bear in making key partnerships successful

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years experience in fintech, payments, or embedded finance
• Proven track record sourcing and scaling strategic partnerships
• Experience cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal, Marketing
• Strong commercial acumen with business cases, pricing, and deal structures
