📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of UX/product design experience
• Deep expertise in modern design system tooling
• Strong systems thinking with ability to design scalable patterns
• Experience in agile delivery with close partnership with PMs and engineering

• Experience designing for web hosting, CMS, or SMB-facing products
