This role offers a reduced caseload and ample business training to ensure you can make the most impactful decisions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support financial health of the clinic and manage intakes
• Conduct interviews for BT, RBT, and BCBA positions
• Build relationships with teammates and families
• Monitor BCBA treatment hours and conduct leadership meetings

📋 Requirements

• Master's Degree and ABA coursework approved by BACB
• 3 years experience as a practicing Board Certified Behavior Analyst
• State license as required
• Experience working with children with autism and related disorders
