You'll own the rhythm and flow of each shift in an open-concept ER hospital, ensuring top-tier patient care and team support. Your core impact is keeping the shift smooth, safe, and supported while empowering your team. No task is too small and you lead with heart and hustle.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage daily workflow and help the team pivot when unexpected hits occur
• Ensure shift roles are assigned and adapted as needed with clarity
• Coordinate breaks, assist with conflict resolution, and model calm
• Lead shift transitions, team huddles, and start/end-of-day wrap-ups

📋 Requirements

• Credentialed Veterinary Technician (CVT, RVT, LVT, LVMT) or enrolled in VEG credentialing support
• 1+ years of experience in a veterinary technician or assistant role
• Strong grasp of clinical workflow and team dynamics
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
