You'll join a growing team providing business administration support for clinical systems like Veeva Clinical Vault and Medidata CTMS. You'll manage user access, data entry, and help desk tickets to ensure seamless system operations. This role offers remote work across multiple Latin American countries with a focus on clinical trial technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage user access for internal, sponsor, and third-party requests.
• Oversee data entry and updates to the Global Directory.
• Create studies, countries, and sites within clinical systems.
• Resolve help desk tickets and troubleshoot system issues.

📋 Requirements

• 2 years of clinical trial experience.
• 2 years of experience with clinical systems (CTMS, EDC, eTMF, IRT).
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Experience with Veeva Clinical Vault or Medidata CTMS.
