Description

You will manage multiple civil site/land development projects for municipal, public, and private clients, overseeing project scope, budget, and team coordination. You'll also mentor junior staff and attend municipal meetings to drive project approvals.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture
• PE or PLA/RLA License required
• 10+ years of experience in managing land development projects
• Understanding of state and regional design standards
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to prepare and organize drawings and deliverables
• Accountable for full project deliverables
• Ability to work in a team environment
