💼 About This Role

You'll work as an Instrumentation Engineer on our team, helping the customer overcome their most difficult challenges in performance monitoring. You'll perform as the technical POC for customers, contributing to monitoring solution design, implementation, and execution. This role offers the opportunity to apply your Dynatrace expertise in a mission-focused environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Work directly on assigned ServiceNow tasks
• Design, implement, and execute monitoring solutions
• Resolve technical issues and update ServiceNow Visual Task Boards
• Add and remove devices from Dynatrace and SolarWinds

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in system architecture, system design, system integration, and technical management
• 1+ years experience with Dynatrace including OneAgent, APIs, dashboards, and data trend analysis
• Experience integrating with cloud performance monitoring tool alerts (AWS/Azure)
• HS diploma or GED and 13+ years relevant experience, or BA/BS in computer science or engineering with 5+ years experience

• Experience with the VA
• Experience with ServiceNow
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
