💼 About This Role

You'll be the first IT Engineer for Atlan in Mexico, owning the North America IT experience during US hours. You'll act as a strategic business partner to GTM, Sales, and Marketing teams, driving automation and root-cause fixes rather than just ticket resolution. This role offers the chance to build an IT function from the ground up in a high-growth data and AI company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary IT contact for North America during US hours
• Troubleshoot application access, SSO, device management, and productivity tools
• Own new hire onboarding and offboarding for the region
• Design automations for repetitive tasks and implement AI solutions

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in IT engineering or operations
• Hands-on Okta experience including SSO and SCIM provisioning
• Experience with Jamf (macOS) and Microsoft Intune (Windows)
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Atlassian tools

✨ Nice to Have

• GitHub administration (SSO, access controls, repo policies)
• Familiarity with IT asset management platforms
• Experience with scripting or lightweight development (Python, Bash, JavaScript)
