You will develop and execute go-to-market strategies to expand access to life-saving behavioral health treatment, building relationships with clinical partners in the local community and driving patient referrals. Requirements

• Based in White Plains, NY
• Fluent in English
• 1-4 years proven sales experience with overachieving KPIs preferred
• Experience with healthcare organizations a plus
• Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for new market penetration
• Build and manage relationships with referral sources in priority markets
• Lead field meetings with patients, parents, and providers 4-5 days/week
• Design strategies to support and engage referral partners across channels
• Synthesize market feedback to inform marketing and product strategies
