💼 About This Role

You'll support Advisory engagement teams on mergers and acquisitions, valuation, and strategic finance projects for middle-market clients. You'll assist with buy-side and sell-side transactions, building financial models and analysis from letter of intent through close. You'll collaborate across service lines and receive mentorship and coaching from an assigned buddy and performance manager.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support advisory engagement teams on M&A and valuation projects.
• Build and analyze financial models and transaction analyses.
• Perform company and industry research and financial statement analysis.
• Assist in preparing client-ready deliverables and presentations.

📋 Requirements

• Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (graduation by July 2028).
• Minimum 3.0 GPA with strong quantitative coursework.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and corporate finance.
• Advanced Excel proficiency; financial modeling experience preferred.
