🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct daily rounding in skilled nursing facilities
• Prescribe medications and treatment plans
• Address acute and emergent patient issues
• Communicate with nursing staff via phone or secure messaging

📋 Requirements

• Active U.S. license and board certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA)
• Qualified specialties in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, General Practice, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, or Geriatric Medicine
