💼 About This Role

You'll lead Unity's security strategy and team as CISO, reporting to the SVP of Engineering Services. You'll drive Technology Risk, Security and Governance across a global platform powering billions of devices. This role offers the chance to shape security for the world's leading game engine.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with product teams to develop proactive security approaches
• Lead and develop a world-class security team across multiple domains
• Select and integrate security tooling for Secure Software Development Lifecycle
• Deliver data-driven security updates to executives and board

📋 Requirements

• Extensive experience in cybersecurity leadership in gaming, platform, or SaaS industries
• In-depth knowledge of secure software architecture and cloud security standards (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Familiarity with securing AI/ML systems and defending against AI-driven threats
• Strong organizational leadership skills to partner across teams
