💼 About This Role

You'll advance Tebra's product analytics program, translating complex usage metrics into actionable insights for product and engineering teams. You'll define performance metrics, build scalable SQL models, and deliver Tableau dashboards that guide roadmap strategy. You'll work with cross-functional teams to connect product usage to business outcomes and ensure data literacy across the organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and evolve product performance metrics and reporting infrastructure.
• Serve as strategic partner to Product and Engineering leadership.
• Deliver leadership-ready analyses and Tableau dashboards.
• Build and maintain scalable SQL models in Snowflake.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Analytics or Data Analytics within SaaS.
• Expertise in SQL, Snowflake, and Tableau.
• Experience handling PHI in regulated healthcare data environments.
• Ability to break down ambiguous business problems into structured components.
