You'll join the Adoption AI Team, a high-velocity squad operating like a startup, designing a category-defining AI Adoption Platform from scratch. Your work will directly impact how enterprise users unlock the power of AI, with early pilots showing 10x adoption results.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Run user research from interviews to usability tests
• Design full product experiences from wireframes to high-fidelity UI
• Build interactive prototypes to test AI use cases with users
• Contribute to design system and visual language

📋 Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI and UX craft
• Proficiency in Figma
• Experience with rapid prototyping and iterative design
• Comfort working in ambiguity and greenfield projects
