You'll lead Substack's expansion in Brazil, onboarding influential creators and building their subscription businesses. You'll own growth metrics and champion creators internally. You'll represent Substack publicly and stay ahead of creator economy trends.

• Develop strategy to onboard influential creators in Brazil.

• Build relationships with creators, studios, and agencies.
• Represent Substack externally at events and in press.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of leadership in creator partnerships or talent development.
• Proven success scaling teams in fast-paced environments.
• Deep empathy for creators and understanding of their challenges.
• Robust network across the Brazilian creator economy.
