📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in recruitment operations or talent acquisition
• Advanced data analytics skills with Lead Time and retention analysis
• Market mapping expertise across industry, tenure, and compensation

• Data visualization proficiency with Tableau, SQL, or Advanced Excel
• Experience in Diversity & Inclusion analytics
