Description

You will support HR initiatives by building Confluence resources, enhancing the internal learning platform LearnUpon, and contributing to employee development programs. This role focuses on improving employee self-service and increasing awareness of L&D resources.

Requirements

• Interest in HR, Learning & Development, or Education
• Familiarity with Confluence or website/content design tools preferred
• Strong written communication and content organization skills
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Build/organize HR Confluence pages
• Support expansion of HR L&D content
• Provide support on ongoing Engagement initiatives
• Add up to 100 pieces of content into LearnUpon platform
