💼 About This Role

You'll drive adoption of Claude Code inside enterprise accounts through hands-on enablement and workshops. You'll convert bottom-up developer excitement into org-wide adoption by designing customer-specific programs and building demos that prove what's possible. This role combines deep technical credibility with the ability to inspire engineering teams and shape how AI coding tools are used at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and deliver customer-specific enablement workshops and labs.
• Drive deep adoption of Claude Code capabilities tailored to customer stacks.
• Run hackathons and builder events to create lasting momentum.
• Build demo apps, reference architectures, and technical content.

📋 Requirements

• 3–7+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Architect, sales engineering, developer relations, or technical consulting).
• Proven ability to build with Claude Code and related products as core infrastructure.
• Experience holding a room of engineers and delivering technical presentations.
• Ability to ship a working demo over a weekend and steer an agent through non-trivial tasks.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with enterprise CI/CD pipelines and developer workflows.
• Familiarity with multi-agent orchestration and AI evaluation practices.
• Track record of creating technical content (tutorials, blogs, recorded demos).
