You'll join Scion Group as a Facilities Technician maintaining student housing properties. Your work ensures safety and functionality of buildings and equipment while providing superior customer service to residents.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform minor and routine maintenance/repair in a timely manner
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks like cleaning coils and lubricating equipment
• Prepare apartments for turnovers, including painting and basic repairs
• Document work performed and parts used daily

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to stand 8+ hours and lift up to 100 lbs
• Knowledge of safety procedures and flexible schedule for on-call duties
