Description
As a Senior Technical Account Manager, you will serve as the primary advocate for enterprise accounts, ensuring contract fulfillment and customer success. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges, drive product adoption, and build long-term loyalty by aligning NICE's solutions with customer business goals.
Requirements
- 10+ years in customer account relationship management
- 5+ years of Enterprise Account Management in presales or post-sales with program management
- Technical expertise in Contact Center, Telecom, Cloud Software, and Security
- Strong communication and presentation skills with C-level stakeholders
- Experience in risk identification and mitigation
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for enterprise accounts, ensuring SLA management and customer education
- Collaborate with Sales and Sales Engineering to align on opportunities and mitigate risks
- Drive ROI with NICE products, becoming a trusted advisor to customer leadership
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges within SLA targets
- Conduct regular service and technology reviews, managing escalated situations
