You'll own end-to-end payroll operations across multiple international regions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and scalability. You'll optimize global payroll processes and lead strategic oversight for year-end reporting, audits, and SOX controls. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for international entities (Australia, Canada, Ireland, UK).
• Lead year-end reporting, external audits, and SOX compliance.
• Manage vendor relationships with ADP-Celergo, ActivPayroll, and Workday.
• Act as escalation point for complex payroll inquiries and cross-functional collaboration.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of payroll experience
• 3+ years of international payroll processing experience
• BS/BA college degree or relevant experience
• Expertise in Workday, NetSuite, ADP, ADP-Celergo, and ActivPayroll

✨ Nice to Have

• CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
• Experience with accounting and reconciliations
