You'll oversee the commercial and operational performance of a growing distributed generation solar portfolio. You'll serve as a strategic partner in maximizing asset value and ensuring alignment with financial models and investor expectations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead performance monitoring initiatives across the fleet.
• Coordinate O&M activities and contractor oversight.
• Manage financial budgeting and long-term portfolio performance.
• Support technical asset management and reporting.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in solar asset management or related field.
• Experience within an IPP or renewable developer strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with solar monitoring platforms like AlsoEnergy.
• Understanding of financial models including P50/P90 assumptions.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with DG or C&I solar portfolios.
• Knowledge of solar PV operations and inverter behavior.
• Experience building data pipelines or reporting frameworks.
