You'll lead tower crews on telecommunications infrastructure projects, ensuring safety compliance and quality standards. You'll perform installations, testing, and troubleshooting on wireless towers up to 500 feet while mentoring junior team members.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead tower crew daily operations and enforce safety/quality standards
• Install, align, and troubleshoot antennas, radios, and hybrid cables
• Perform sweep, PIM, and fiber testing and inspections
• Complete documentation including daily reports and quality checklists

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of wireless tower construction or maintenance experience
• Competent Climber/Rescue Certification
• OSHA 30 Construction Training Card
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
