💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the main point of contact between Traba's workforce and the client's on-site leadership, managing day-to-day worker support and coordinating onboarding and scheduling. You'll act as the face of Traba in a fast-paced warehouse environment, ensuring smooth communication and operational excellence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build strong relationships with site supervisors and workers, providing timely support
• Facilitate worker onboarding, first-day check-ins, and scheduling for new hires
• Assist workers with clock-ins, pay questions, and performance feedback
• Act as bridge between client site, Traba Ops, and Worker Support teams

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1–2+ years of experience in operations or customer-facing environments
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (email and in-person)
• Comfortable working in fast-paced warehouse environments
