You'll oversee all purchasing activities for Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin, ensuring timely, cost-effective procurement while managing vendor relationships and contracts. Your work will directly support the organization's mission to provide quality, affordable health care across 18 health centers in a hybrid role based in Milwaukee.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end purchasing and procurement processes
• Oversee vendor management and contract negotiations
• Coordinate inventory and ensure cost-effective sourcing
• Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Leadership and operational management experience in purchasing

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management
• Experience in healthcare or regulated environment
• Experience using Envi or other inventory optimization software
