Description

You will serve as a key financial advisor for the platform division, leading R&D Opex budgeting, strategic planning, forecasting, and performance analysis. You'll synthesize large datasets into financial models and provide proactive variance analysis to drive data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years in FP&A or Strategic Finance, ideally supporting R&D in global tech
• Exceptional analytical, financial modeling, and forecasting skills
• Detail-driven with strategic perspective
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting; MBA strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead Opex planning for R&D (annual budget and monthly rolling forecasts)
• Support HC planning and allocation
• Analyze Opex results vs plan/forecast, identify cost optimization opportunities
• Analyze large financial datasets and provide executive summaries
• Monitor PO/PR requests and monthly expense reviews
