You'll oversee the process from file reception to sample development, ensuring files and samples meet production technical standards. Your work directly impacts mass production quality and efficiency. This role combines technical evaluation with cross-functional collaboration to optimize product manufacturability.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Evaluate and adjust product structures for mass production compatibility
• Control product information and quality of samples and molds
• Analyze sewing defects and propose corrective solutions
• Develop product quality requirement sheets with specifications

📋 Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Technical major or related field
• 1-3 years experience in a garment production factory
• Experience with quality control in sewing/embroidery
• Ability to adjust design files and patterns or use design software
