🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform molecular cloning and construct design
• Screen constructs in developing avian embryos
• Analyze and interpret experimental data
• Maintain detailed laboratory records

📋 Requirements

• Molecular cloning experience (plasmid construction, mini/midi/maxi-prep)
• PCR primer design and optimization/troubleshooting skills
• Bachelor's degree in molecular biology or related field
• 1+ years of hands-on research experience in industry or academia

• Experience handling vertebrate embryos
• Familiarity with transfection reagents (lipofectamine or electroporation)
