💼 About This Role

You'll architect ruggedized wiring harnesses that bridge Teleo's autonomy stack with heavy machinery from OEMs like CAT and Komatsu. Your core impact is owning the end-to-end integration lifecycle, from design to field bringup. This role lets you work on 100,000-pound autonomous robots and engineer complex systems at the intersection of hardware, software, and AI.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design wiring harnesses integrating autonomy kit with OEM vehicles using schematics and diagnostics
• Conduct lab validation for continuity, resistance, and CAN signal integrity
• Lead on-vehicle bringup, installation, and debugging in the field
• Author schematics, BOMs, and installation manuals for scalable deployments

📋 Requirements

• BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• 3+ years of post-degree experience in electrical systems integration
• Proficient in reading and authoring electrical schematics
• Hands-on experience with CAN bus protocols, ideally J1939

✨ Nice to Have

• Harness assembly and connectorization experience
• Familiarity with IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards
• Functional safety knowledge (ISO 13849, ISO 25119, or ISO 26262)
