💼 About This Role

You'll lead the engineering effort for Koalafi's non-prime installment loan product, integrating with a third-party loan servicing platform in a greenfield initiative. You'll guide a team, stay hands-on in design and delivery, and partner cross-functionally with Product, Risk, and Compliance. This is a unique opportunity to build a mission-critical capability from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and own the technical roadmap for platform integration
• Design scalable, secure, and auditable services for loan servicing
• Build microservices and event-driven workflows
• Provide architecture guidance and technical mentorship to engineers

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• At least 1 year in a technical leadership role
• Proven experience integrating with third-party platforms
• Strong backend development skills, preferably in Golang
