🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of refinery consulting projects
• Manage multiple operational workstreams such as blending and energy intensity
• Maintain strong client relationships as primary point of contact
• Mentor and coach junior consultants and operations teams

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related technical field
• 5+ years of experience in refinery operations management
• Experience managing operational workstreams like blending and energy efficiency
• Project management experience with complex multi-stakeholder engagements
