You'll design and build multi-agent systems that plan, coordinate, and execute tasks across tools and services at scale. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and operate multi-agent systems for real user problems at scale.
• Implement agentic coding workflows with autonomous iteration within guardrails.
• Design agent orchestration layers for task decomposition and long-running execution.
• Collaborate with Product & Design to translate user problems into shippable workflows.

📋 Requirements

• Experience building LLM-powered systems in production.
• Strong backend engineering skills with Python and/or Node.js.
• Experience designing multi-step agent-driven execution loops.
• Proven ability to instrument and observe agent behavior.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with RAG architectures and vector databases.
• Familiarity with emerging agent protocols (e.g., MCP).
• Experience with agent evaluation pipelines.
