You'll coach and develop veterinary assistants and technicians in a fast-paced ER environment, partnering with leadership to assess training needs and drive advancement through VEG's Cultivate program. Your work creates a culture of learning and confidence-building that impacts the entire hospital.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Identify individual and team training needs with leadership

  • Provide tailored, hands-on training for all learning styles

📋 Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Credentialed veterinary technician (CVT, RVT, LVT, LVMT) in the state
  • High level of knowledge and skill in emergency medicine
  • Willingness to travel to other VEG hospitals in the region

✨ Nice to Have

  • Associate's degree or higher in veterinary technology from AVMA accredited program
  • VTS in ECC, internal medicine, or anesthesia/analgesia
  • Previous training experience
