🎯 What You'll Do
- Identify individual and team training needs with leadership
- Assess assistants and technicians through direct observation
- Drive advancement through VEG's Cultivate program
- Provide tailored, hands-on training for all learning styles
📋 Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Credentialed veterinary technician (CVT, RVT, LVT, LVMT) in the state
- High level of knowledge and skill in emergency medicine
- Willingness to travel to other VEG hospitals in the region
✨ Nice to Have
- Associate's degree or higher in veterinary technology from AVMA accredited program
- VTS in ECC, internal medicine, or anesthesia/analgesia
- Previous training experience
